Try adding a PayPal email to your eBay account.
If this does not work, we suggest speaking with the chat on eBay Austrailia, and tell them that you wish to sell on eBay.
The other options are either to open a new eBay account or to sell from eBay Australia. You will indicate on your shipping policy that you are also shipping to the US and other countries that you will be selecting.
